We have a full tool and die shop located in the USA. We can provide our customers with tools and dies to make the parts they need. We can also provide repair or rework services if needed. We have the ability to cut dies both on CNC milling machines or using pantograph. We also have hand modelers available to provide a true 3D look to dies.
Metal Stamping:
Send us your dies & tools or have us make them for you. We can provide stamping services for parts up to 4" diameter and 0.125" deep. Materials most commonly used in our facility are brass alloys (inc. Nickel Silver), pure copper, silver alloys (inc. Sterling Silver) and gold filled brass. All dies our housed in our USA based facility.
Polishing: We provide polishing and cleaning services.
Metal Finishing:
Nickel, Rhodium, 24K gold and clear E-Coat plating can be done on-site. Our sister company is Electroplating Services Inc. and is located in the same physical facility. E-Coat is the ultimate anti-tarnish coating for silver alloys and base metal products.
Assembly: Soldering, brazing and fusion welding services available. All done on-site.
Enamel:
Real hard fired cloisonné, baked epoxy and soft "cold" enamel services available. All enamel work is done on-site.
